Kiwi is a fruit rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E, flavonoids, anthocyanins and carotenoids. It is a fruit especially rich in serotonin, a product of tryptophan directly related to the quality of sleep and therefore its consumption brings benefits to patients with sleep disorders.

 

1 Kiwi gives you about 8 slices which is a bit over 2 ounces of fruit. When freeze-dried we include 24 slices which is 3 full sized kiwis (peeled) and now in  a 6x9 Mylar bag equal to a 2 Oz bag of fruit. NO sugar added just fruit.
