Freeze‑dried items and botanicals may be sensitive to heat.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order, but due to the nature of our products, please review the following:

All Sales Are Final

Because our items include freeze‑dried foods, botanicals, moss, florals, and handmade craft materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will review and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Lost Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Freeze-Dried Foods & Candy

We are licensed from the state of Colorado in food handling and preparing of these items. We state on the listings that we are a home based business and not approved by the FDA. We also state that we manufacture these products where we also manufacture other food items like Dairy-Eggs-Shellfish-Nuts-Meats. So be aware of any food Allergies you may have. We also list ingredients for that purpose.
