The color does vary a bit and they are a bit of a rusty orange and not as bright as the flash makes them to appear in some of the photos.You can also easily paint these to be ANY color you like too.... they range in size from about 1/2" to 3/4" diameter. All of these do vary and some have stems and some do not as seen here.
